Step 1 : First and foremost, tap on notifications icon in the task bar located at bottom rightmost side.
Step 2 : Click on Settings and then tap on System.(Refer to the gallery below)
Step 3 : On the succeeding screen, select Notifications & actions.

Note : If you don’t want any notification to arrive at your screen then just simply “turn off” Get notifications from apps and other senders.
Step 4 : At last scroll down to Get notifications from these senders and simply hit the application from which you don’t want to get distracted by notification sound.
