Step 1 : First and foremost, Scheduler for WhatsApp must be installed on your device.
Step 2 : Launch the app. A pop-up will appear for enabling the accessibility settings to schedule messages. Tap OK.
Step 3 : After hitting OK button, you will land to the Accessibility settings page. Make sure to enable WhatsApp scheduler.

Step 4 : Now again launch the app, and hit on “+” button.
Step 5 : At last Select the Recipient, Time and Enter the message. Finally click on Create.
