Step 1 : Open the Notes App on you Mac.

Step 2 : Select the note you want to lock, and tap on lock button on upper right side.

Step 3 : After tapping the lock button, a popup will appear asking to generate the password.

Step 4 : Once you generated the password, your desired note is locked.

Step 5 : If you want to unlock your notes, again click on lock button on upper right side, and then tap on Remove Lock. A popup will appear asking your password, once you fill the password, your desired notes become unlocked.
