How To Set Video Profile Picture On Facebook :
Step 1 : Launch Facebook app. Head over to profile picture->EDIT.
Step 2 : Tap on Take a New Profile Video.
Step 3 : Now camera will open, click on Red round button to capture video.
Step 4 : On next screen, you can use the Blue Bracket to trim video according to your desire and then hit on NEXT button.

Step 5 : Once you hit next button, then on the succeeding screen different pictures will appear from your video. You can set any of them as your Thumbnail.
Step 6 : At last tap on USE button, this will set the desired video as your profile picture.
If you want to upload previously downloaded or animated videos as your profile picture then instead of tapping on “Take a New Profile Video”, tap on ‘Upload video or photo’. After that follow the same steps as above.
